Dear Mom

I am a lumberjack in Newbruiunswick, I am having fun cutting down tree's. Our colony is in the middle of joining confederation. We enter our goods into the United States tax free. Leonard Tilley became premier of Newbruinswick.

 People that don't want to join confederation are complaining at Tilley because he is selling them to the Canadians for 80 cents. the Fenians attacked us, the people were terrified as word arrived hundreds of Fenians had gathered near the border.

Our militia was called out. During April some Fenians into our colony. While the Fenian threat was still on, an election was called out. To see who voted for confederation.

Sir- Some kids think they should be able to war hats in school but there are some problems with wearing hats in school here are some of the reasons why students should not be able to wear hats in school.

Students should not be able to wear hats in school because some kids might goof around with there hats during classes.

Some kids might take other kids hats, and the kid that stole the hat might have headlice. Then, he/she could put the hat on, and when the owner of that hat back on they could get headlice, and could spread it to others.

Then some kids will join together saying " oh ya we have the best hats in school and make fun of the other kids and it will just cause a huge fashion competition.

These are some of the reasons why students should not be able to wear hats in school.
